Things get a little Stormy on the BBC

If you happened to be watching A Picture of London on BBC2 on Saturday night, then you will have spotted our very own florist Laura Lee of Stormy on your tele.

Laura was filmed doing her buying in the Flower Market and talking about the wonderful spirit and 'banter' the Market is famous for.

We learned that the Market and flowers are in Laura's blood as her own great, great grandmother used to sell violets on the streets of London and visited the old Covent Garden Market much the same as Laura visits the new.
