Six Flower Market florists will be heading to the National Wedding Show this weekend to show their beautiful work to 18 000 budding brides over an action-packed 3 days.
These clients of New Covent Garden Flower Market are the latest to dress the Designer Flower Zone, a collaborative venture between NCGFM and the National Wedding Show.
For the past 3 years, NCGFM has been helping to bring together some of London's top florists for a showcase of exquisite wedding floristry at the twice-yearly shows.
This unique partnership gives the Flower Market a great chance to reward the loyalty of its customers with exhibition space at the UK's biggest and most high profile wedding show. Over the past few years, McQueens, Jayne Copperwaite, Neill Strain, Bloomsbury Flowers, Robbie Honey, Pollen Nation and Zita Elze, to name but a few, have exhibited as part of the Designer Flower Zone.
This week, it's the turn of the fabulous Elizabeth Marsh, Jens Jakobsen, Linda Cottee, LK Lily, Mathew Dickinson, Wild About to decorate the Designer Flower Zone. Next year, it could be you!
One of the additional benefits of the National Wedding Show is that florists not only get to meet thousands of brides, but also have the chance to network with some of the key players in the wedding industry.
All the top national wedding magazines are exhibiting, so they have the chance to introduce themselves against the perfect backdrop of their work.
A number of florists have reported back that their space in the Designer Flower Zone led directly to photoshoots and features for national wedding magazines.
Likewise, many of London’s swankiest venues, cake makers, dress designers and expert wedding planners take stands at their show, and talking to them and showing your design expertise during the course of the 3 days could be the entrée to future business opportunities.
There's no denying, however, that it is a very intense, tiring 3 days, so we wish all 6 fab Flower Market Florists the very best for a successful show. Why not pop along to the show, and see what all the fuss is about?! Or take a look at this beautiful gallery of photographs from previous shows………….
Inspired, and like to take part next year? Email your contact details to info@cgma.co.uk marking the subject as ‘Designer Flower Zone’ and we shall be in touch.
